This value set allows for consistent and accurate generation of the diagnostic information in an electronic medical record (EMR) while ensuring seamless and efficient physician billing procedures. The value set includes a one-directional link from SNOMED CT CA to ICD-10-CA, ICD-9 and CED-DxS for use in ambulatory care and primary care.
